What we collect, and what we don’t.
Short version: if you join the early-access list we keep your email address, and the role you picked if you picked one. Nothing else about you is stored. We do not sell anything to anyone.

What we collect
There are exactly three things, and two of them are optional.

What we do not collect
- No account. There is nothing to sign up for and no password to lose.
- No payment details. We cannot take money on this site yet.
- No advertising or cross-site trackers. No Facebook pixel, no Google Ads tag.
- Nothing about your learners. Courses you build with our packages run on your servers and report to your LMS. That traffic never touches us and we could not see it if we wanted to.
Cookies and browser storage
This site sets no cookies. It does save one small item in your browser’s local storage, named ct_first_touch, holding the single category word described above. It stays in your browser so we do not re-guess it on every page. Clearing your browser data removes it, and the site works normally without it.
If analytics are switched on, we use Plausible, which does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you. It counts page views and where they came from, in aggregate.
Where it is kept, and for how long
Signups are stored in a Supabase database. We keep your address until you ask us to remove it, or until we decide the early-access list has served its purpose and delete the whole thing — whichever comes first.
Who else sees it
We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address. We do not share it with partners. The only outside parties involved are the companies that run the plumbing: our hosting provider, Supabase for the database, and whichever service actually sends the email when we write to you. They process it on our instructions and for no purpose of their own.
The one exception nobody can promise around: if we are legally required to hand something over, we will comply with the law.
Getting your data out, or deleted
Write to hello@actyra.com and ask. We will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You do not need to explain why, and you do not need to quote a regulation at us. We aim to answer within 30 days.
Every email we send will have an unsubscribe link. Replying “stop” to any of them works too.
If you are in the EU, UK, or California
You have specific rights — to see your data, correct it, delete it, take it elsewhere, and object to how it is used. The paragraph above is how you exercise all of them: write to us and ask. We do not sell personal information, so there is no sale for you to opt out of.
Children
This site is for people who build courses at work. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we start collecting something new, this page changes first and the date at the top changes with it. If the change is significant and we have your email address, we will tell you rather than quietly editing the page.
